                              The world is facing unprecedented challenges due to COVID-19 crisis. The crisis has disrupted all well-established socio-economic models overnight. I hope that you, your family, friends, and colleagues are safe and healthy. My heart goes out to those impacted by the virus and wish them a speedy recovery. I am moved by the selflessness and sacrifices of frontline healthcare professionals during these testing times.

                              As a global organization operating across different time-zones and geographies, the safety, health, and wellbeing of our employees, their family, our customers, and business partners is of utmost importance to us.

                              Ensuring our customers' business continuity

                              I assure you that we have successfully implemented business continuity and disaster recovery measures to ensure that we are fully operational and productive. Our employees have secure access to all enterprise resources via virtual private network bandwidth. Every access to applications and customers' data is compliant to our corporate information security policies to ensure data security even while employees work from home. We are committed to meet our customer’s business continuity needs while adhering to information security and other regulatory requirements.

                              We mobilized laptops for employees, relocated desktop to homes, and reimaged personal devices for official use. We facilitated high-speed broadband connectivity at employee residences to empower employee productivity while working remotely. Our global workforce is leveraging collaboration technologies to stay connected and are working dedicatedly to deliver on our commitments to customers.

                              As a socially responsible organization, we are extending support to our communities and fellow human beings. Our CSR team, ECHO, has mobilized funds from all employees and has worked tirelessly to buy and distribute daily essentials to the poorest of the poor in our communities.

                              We believe the coming weeks will test all of us. Hard as it all seems now, we do not doubt that together we’ll make it through to the brighter side.
